Before packing starts
Cancel through Track & Support while the order sits in intake or packing. Approved pre-despatch cancellations refund to the original payment method.
After a label prints
Once a shipping label exists, cancellation is usually closed. You may refuse the parcel; return logistics and spoilage risk can reduce what is refundable.
COD refusals
Repeated COD refusals without a documented reason may pause COD on the account while prepaid checkout stays open.
Refund timing
Approved refunds start within 5–7 working days; banks and UPI apps control when funds appear.
